CD-ROM CATALOG INFORMATION
MegaMusic comes with a "CD-ROM Audio Database" which allows you search through the contents of the entire library! The disc is accessed through a Windows® compatible software program called Playback ® .
Playback ® will search through a TM Studios production library by several criteria: style, tempo, keywords and so forth. After the program (very quickly) finds one or more selections matching your criteria, you can audition them from within the program, assuming you have a sound card installed correctly. Just click on each selection to play it, or you can program them to automatically play in sequence, just like a CD player.
Playback ® lets you set up projects. You can add selections from the library to a project, edit the project list, print it out or set up a program queue from it. Projects can be named and saved, and added to at any time. Adding a selection to a project is a one-click proposition - you can do it as you audition the cut.
Playback ® has these basic system requirements:
- a PC running any version of Windows®
- any Windows® compatible sound card
- at least a 2x CD-ROM drive
